EBG Foundation is a non-profit organization. All funds received are utilized for social, educational, and charitable purposes as per our governing documents.

3. Donations and Event Fees

• Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable, except as provided in the Donation & Refund Policy.
• Users must ensure that the funds donated are from legal sources and comply with Indian laws.

4. Cancellation of Events

The Foundation reserves the right to modify or cancel any event or initiative due to logistical reasons, Force Majeure (acts of God) or government restrictions. In the event of such a cancellation, the Foundation's liability is limited to the refund of the specific amount contributed for that event.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Foundation shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the website or the inability to attend an event. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user to the Foundation.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad.
